Doctor Who: The JNT Years

Doctor Who Beyond 1989
The rules are simple, cast some hypothetical Doctors if the show was never axed.

The Meddling Monk
The Second Monk was notably colder and more ruthless than his predecessor, being willing to work with maniacal dictators such as Davros to achieve his own ends. He wholly understood the consequences his meddling had on the web of time, though he did take measures to ensure that people who he was working with would not necessarily be harmed by any alterations to the timeline. He was also aware of the scope of the mayhem that he had the chance to cause, seeming outwardly indifferent towards the notion of the Thals being wiped out, (TV: Paradox of the Daleks), though he privately admitted to the Doctor that genocide was never the intention of any of his meddling, and only came as a by-product of working with Davros. (PROSE: Paradox of the Daleks)

The Rani
Her first self became the ruler of Miasmia Goria, and eventually Lakerteya, though she would eventually lose power on Lakerteya thanks to the Seventh Doctor and the Tetraps. After a failed attempt at erasing the Doctor and many of his companions from existence, she would end up being erased herself temporarily alongside the Master, liquifying him as a result of his incompetence once they were back in N-Space. Her second incarnation would end up having to work with the Tenth Doctor after a botched assassination attempt, becoming his companion as a result.

The Master
Though they had been friends from childhood, and long-time schoolmates at the Academy, The Master's lust for power would eventually pull the two apart. While The Doctor and The Master would sometimes remain close friends, The Master developed an intense hatred for and often sought to kill the Doctor, who came to regard The Master as his arch enemy. Despite this enmity, however, the two maintained grudging respect for the other, and would on occasion act as allies.
