My Own What if Doctor Who Wasn't Axed
Based off of the idea that Doctor Who continued to run well past 1989 all the way up to the present day. Some things remain the same, others completely change. It is heavily inspired by DaDoctorWhoFan’s series of the same name, and so some elements do persist. However, I have done my best to make it as different as possible.

The Doctor worked with his TARDIS to build a console from the remnants of other TARDISes to pilot it into a previous interior of his TARDIS. When Idris's body expired, the matrix was released back into the TARDIS, where it drove out House.

What if Doctor Who was an American TV show Seventh Doctor (1985-1987)
Though he delighted in humorous reverie, it was only the surface layer of his true nature.
