Meanwhile Sinestro decided to leave the Green Lantern Corps and form a new Lantern Corps know as the Sinestro Corps where its members use Yellow Lantern Rings powered by the Fear Emotional Spectrum and they were created from the Weaponers of Qward, they have put tyrannical order in galaxy through fear denying the people's freedom in exchange of security and protection, so the Green Lantern Corps must also stop the Sinestro Corps to decided which authority does the universe deserves and needs?
