Doctor Who Thirteenth Doctor (2011-13)
Aware that he was on his last life, the Doctor became a less amiable character with a withdrawn attitude. He often dispensed with niceties in a tense situation, becoming cold and calculating when needed. However despite his ruthless exterior, the Doctor was actually deeply caring and empathetic, always striving to help others for the sake of being kind.

Doctor Who Twelfth Doctor (2007-2010)
The Doctor received a distress signal from another Time Lord in 1816 where he found Mary Shelley and a future version of himself that had been badly hurt and mutated as a result of a temporal storm. The Doctor was eventually able to save his future self with help from Mary and Sally.

Doctor Who Eleventh Doctor (2004-2006)
Now cut off from the Time Lord race, the Doctor found himself feeling alone and bereaved. Emotionally haunted by the war, he entered a darker period of his life spattered by resentment, where he tended to brood and act rudely to those who rubbed him the wrong way. Despite this, he remained jovial and friendly towards anyone he took a liking to, slowly reasserting himself as a person of good again.

Starting out as an optimist and a somewhat romantic, the Tenth Doctor was originally a cheerful and pacifistic adventurer in spite of a universe that grew ever increasingly hostile around him.

Doctor Who The Ninth Doctor chronicles (1996-1999)
This incarnation of the Doctor initially travelled with Bernice Summerfield & Chris Hector though after many travels, Bernice retired from travelling & Chris got lost in the Time Vortex. He then proceeded to travel with Abigail Norwood, a detective from the far future. Abigail eventually left the Doctor in order to take on the identity of Catheril.

Doctor Who: Eighth Doctor chronicles (1991-1995)
This incarnation of the Doctor initially travelled with Raine Cunningham. However their friendship broke down after much time travelling together & so she left. The Doctor was then joined by Professor Bernice Summerfield, an archaeologist from the 26th Century, & Sargent Chris Hector, a UNIT soldier who he worked with when hunting down a group of Zygons.

A stealth-adventure game set during World War II, in which the player controls an unnamed American prisoner of war as he steals German files containing secret war plans. The main goal is to escape the eponymous Nazi stronghold, while avoiding, disarming, or at times killing hostile guards.

After such a radical rebirth, she’s far past the point of picking herself apart anymore.

What if Doctor who wasn't cancelled?
What if Doctor Who hadn't been cancelled in 1989? This is a question several people have attempted, and I think I should give it a shot.

Sixteenth Doctor (2023-)
The Sixteenth Doctor came into life, after the Fifteenth regenerated in the TARDIS. (DW: Her Final Stand) Soon after, the Doctor managed to cause the TARDIS to crash land in Alba on the 27th July, 1054, and soon he became involved in the English invasion of Scotland and the Battle of Dusinane. During this, the Doctor was taken prisoner by the English army and befriended Chrissie Finch, the Scottish wife of an innkeeper who was also a prisoner.

Fifteenth Doctor (2018-22)
Regenerating and landing in Brighton, the Doctor soon surrounded himself with multiple companions, those being Jake Scott, Simon Aarons, Emra and Will Cadwell, although this team was quickly disrupted with Will's revelation of him being the Master and destroying the TARDIS interior, forcing a landing in 1600s Wales as it healed and facing another Time Lord, the Monk.
