What If the Hulk Had The Brain of Bruce Banner?

Bruce Banner, Reed Richards and Charles Xavier constructed an improved version of Cerebro called the Psychotron which merged them physically and mentally into one being, X-Man. They were forced to use it (as it only worked once before blowing up), to defend the world from Galactus. They won the battle, at the expense of all of their super powers, and inadvertently turning Thing into a mindless monster, much like the Hulk.

What If Spider-Man Had Joined the Fantastic Four?

Uatu the Watcher explains to the readers that there exist many realities. In each alternate reality, there is a divergence from what what has happened and what could have happened. The Watcher focuses on an alternate reality in which Spider-Man attempts to join the Fantastic Four as a solution to his money problems. Originally, Spider-Man is turned down by the group, but in this alternate reality they allow Spider-Man to join, causing the birth of the Fantastic Five. With Spider-Man on the team, his association with the Fantastic Four grants him acceptance from the population unlike his mainstream counterpart, who is labeled a menace by the Daily Bugle. The Fantastic Five take on a number of villains, including the Vulture and the Red Ghost and his Super-Apes. While Mr. Fantastic, Thing, Human Torch and Spider-Man go on these adventures, the Invisible Girl often stays behind to monitor things from base. Sue is eventually seduced into meeting Namor the Sub-Mariner, who is under the control of the Puppet Master to get revenge on the Fantastic Five.

Months had passed since Cindy was bitten by a radioactive spider and kidnapped by Kraven the Hunter. Instead of bringing Cindy's head to his employer, Kraven decided to train her to be able to defend herself with her new powers. Cindy got faster and stronger than Kraven could have ever imagined. Her mind became even more powerful and strategic as Kraven's pride in his protegee grew dangerously warm. On the night of her birthday, Kraven and Cindy ate a warm beef stroganoff as the hunter began to open up to her. Kraven told Cindy about his days in Russia as a hitman. He was the most effective killer in the country, gaining the name "okhotnik"...The Hunter. He was ruthless and coldhearted until someone wanted revenge. A rival mob boss came after his only family, his daughter Anastasia.

Macbeth

As the body count rises, Macbeth's mental state deteriorates, and he becomes haunted by hallucinations and the ghosts of his victims. Meanwhile, Lady Macbeth, who initially urged her husband to commit the crimes, descends into madness, plagued by guilt and remorse. The play reaches its tragic climax when Macbeth faces the army of his enemies, led by Macduff, who seeks to avenge his family's murder. Macbeth's overconfidence leads to his downfall, and he is killed in battle by Macduff.

Episode 11: The Apples As Olympus watched Heracles with eager eyes, Hera began to plan her endgame with Eurystheus. The final two labours would take place in the Underworld, home of the most death-defying challenges Heracles had come across yet. Heracles was tasked with stealing the Golden Apples of the Hesperides which could only be picked by immortal hands. Heracles would not let this labour get the best of him. Near the garden, Heracles spotted the Titan Atlas holding up the sky with his bare hands. Heracles approached the Titan with an offer. If Atlas retrieved the apples for Heracles, he would relieve Atlas of his eternal burden and hold up the sky in the meantime. Atlas graciously accepted and leant the sky to Heracles. The ground below Heracles feet crackled under the pressure of his strength. Atlas eventually returned with the apples...and Hera at his side. Hera had trapped Heracles. Now he would hold up the sky for eternity, never to see his labours accomplished. As Hera cackled maniacally, Heracles threw the entire sky at her. In an impulse, Atlas dropped the apples and caught the sky to protect Hera, finding himself back in his eternal struggle. Heracles and Hera stared each other down with so much hate for one another as one final labour remained.

Episode 10: The Cattle Heracles was tasked with retrieving the Cattle of Geryon, a three-headed, three-bodied giant. Heracles braved the blazing heat of the Libyan desert to find Geryon wearing three helmets, holding three shields and three spears. Heracles could not possibly defeat the giant in close combat so he instead took a ranged approach. With a single shot, Heracles pierced a venomous arrow through all three of Geryon's heads. As the giant fell to his death, Heracles threw the giant's cow over his shoulders and began to trudge through the desert once more. Heracles, enraged at the heat of the sun, shot an arrow at it. He awakened the god, Apollo, impressed by his bravery. Apollo not only offered Heracles his chariot to ride across the desert but he also offered advice. Apollo told Heracles of Orpheus, a hero who nearly rescued his wife from the Underworld. Apollo told Heracles that the greatest way to kill a god is not to take their life them, it is to take their power. Nothing makes a God feel weaker than when you prove them powerless over you.

Episode 9: The Girdle The legend of Heracles' vengeance against Hera spread across Greece over a year as he headed to Themiscyra, island of the Amazons. Eurystheus wanted a gift for his daughter so he ordered Heracles to retrieve the Belt of Hippolyta, a girdle gifted to the queen of the Amazons by her father, Ares. Heracles met Queen Hippolyta who was already enamoured by his strength and his willpower. She was immediately willing to give him her girdle but offered him something greater. Hippolyta showed Heracles legends on vases, explaining the realm of Hades where his family lie in rest. Hippolyta revealed that just as Titans tried to kill Primordials and Gods tried to kill Titans, it was impossible for a man to kill a God. Heracles would have to become a God to kill Hera. As the two plotted against the queen of the gods, Hera cast a curse on the nation of the Amazons spreading madness to the warrior women. Heracles and Hippolyta attempted to escape Themiscyra together but as his boat left the shore Hippolyta knew her place was with her sisters. As Heracles sailed back to Tiryns, he watched as Hera stabbed Hippolyta through her heart. The so-called protector of women was just as ruthless as Heracles.

Episode 8: The Mares Heracles had an enemy on Olympus. His mission was clear. Complete his labours and kill Hera. He headed to steal the Mares of Diomedes, four carnivorous fire-breathing horses that were said to be untameable. Heracles snuck into the city of Thrace in the dead of night and found the mares. The legends were true; each horse was as violent and as vicious as the other, making enough noise to awake the entire city and its militia. Heracles was cornered by King Diomedes who threatened to kill him in Hera's name. Their feud had become legend across Greece. Heracles struggled to fight off the militia while keeping the horses from escaping. As Diomedes approached Heracles, ready for the kill, Heracles grabbed the king by his foot and threw him towards his own mares. The horses ate the king within seconds. As the people of Thrace watched the carnage, Heracles shackled the horses' mouths shut as they ate their king. Heracles told the people of Thrace that he would kill anyone and anything to avenge his family. Heracles was feared more than ever before

Episode 7: The Bull As a favor to King Minos of Crete, Eurystheus offered Heracles a new labour: to slay the Cretan Bull, father of the Minotaur. The violent bull had been a scourge to the island of Crete for decades even before he birthed one of Greece's most vicious monsters. Heracles found the bull peacefully grazing and calm in demeanor. It even bowed to him. Heracles recognized that inside the beast was an honourable warrior, just as Heracles. As he approached the bull, it snapped into a madness that seemed all too familiar. Heracles wrestled with maddened bull and took it down to the ground by its horns. As Heracles defeated the bull he found by its side a peacock feather, a symbol of Hera. When Heracles returned to Tiryns, he wished to sacrifice the bull to Hera out of spite. From that moment he knew, Hera was not only plotting against him, she was the very reason for the madness that lead him to murder his family.

Episode 6: The Birds The Gods of Olympus watched Heracles as he headed for his next labour. Eurystheus tasked the warrior with the killing of the Stymphalian Birds who were forged of bronze and brought to life by Ares. While Hera plotted against Zeus' bastard son, the Olympians watched Heracles, impressed with his valour and his willingness to repent the sins of murdering his family. Many of the Gods began to support Heracles, Athena had gifted him with a rattle that would attract the birds to him. By piercing each bird with arrows tipped with Hydra venom, Heracles succeeded his task with ease. Heracles thanked Athena and asked her for her wisdom. Heracles asked if she knew the true murderer of his family. Athena showed Heracles a vision he had been all too familiar with. Heracles watched as he slaughtered his family in madness. Heracles could not believe it but Athena showed him only the truth. The blood of his family was on his hands...and no one else's.

Episode 5: The Stables Enraged by Heracles' success, Hera and Eurystheus plotted against their foe. If they could not best him in a feat of hunt, they could humiliate him, shatter his spirit. Heracles was sent to King Augeas who owned the most cattle in all of Greece. He was tasked with cleaning the king's stables, home of a thousand immortal cows. The only problem was that the stables hadn't been cleaned in over 30 years. There were mountains of manure. For weeks, Heracles shoveled the heaps of dung as the entire kingdom of Augeus laughed at him. Heracles knew Eurystheus was trying to break his spirit but like any hunt, Heracles only had to outsmart his quarry. With his bare hands, Heracles rerouted the nearby rivers to flood the stables and wash the mountains of cattle manure straight to Augeus' front door. When Heracles returned to Eurystheus, the hero was denied the completion for his labour. Eurystheus claimed that the river cleaned the stables and not Heracles. Rage filled Heracles' veins but he refused to give Eurystheus the satisfaction of his broken spirit. Heracles accepted his defeat humbly and awaited his next labour as Hera cackled maniacally above in Olympus.

Episode 4: The Boar A harsh winter came over Greece and Heracles was tasked with a new labour: capture the Erymanthian Boar and return it alive. The Boar was known to be ruthless and massive. Heracles found shelter from the cold in a cave full of wine. Drinking the wine to warm himself, the cave dweller emerged from the snow. The centaur Chiron, Heracles' former trainer, greeted Heracles. Chiron and Heracles drank after nearly a decade apart as Chiron told stories of the heroes he trained and of the gods above. Heracles asked Chiron if he knew of any gods who may not support him. Chiron explained that Heracles' name was a misnomer. His name meant "Hera Kleos", the Pride of Hera, but it was the queen of the gods who hated him most. Hera hated Heracles for being a bastard product of her husband Zeus' lust. If anyone on Olympus wished him dead, it would be her. As Heracles left the cave, he encountered the Boar and drove it into thick snow where it became immobilized. Heracles grabbed the beast by its tusks and brought it to Eurystheus telling him to sacrifice it...in the name of Hera.
