Valeria Cotto (born on September 30, 2010) is an American actress and filmmaker from Orlando, Florida. Her breakout role was in Sean Baker’s The Florida Project (2017). She is also known for the Backup Plan (2019), Over/Under (2022) and Paper Tiger (2025).
