TF RotF-style Grimlock Concept

For a number of years I've guested at Auto Assembly (Europe's largest Transformers convention) with a host of comicbook artists, writers and voice actors who have worked on TF over the past 25 years. This year, Gregg Berger, the voice of Grimlock in the G1 Transformers cartoon, attended the show and I thought it would be a good opportunity to do a Grimlock piece since I've never drawn him! I thought I'd have a shot at re-designing him to fit with the movie characters, and this is how I'd like him to look. I wanted to get a design of his robot mode done for the con but ran out of time, maybe I'll do it in the future if I get a slot in the schedule! A big thank you to the fans who liked this piece! I took a load of prints of it to the show and sold every single one of them! Cheers, guys! :) Here's to Grimlock in TF3!!! (and hope he looks like a T-Rex!)
