Biography
How did it all begin for the girl from Jersey? Well, Pammy grew up believing that her mom was Laverne DeFazio of Laverne & Shirley fame. Turns out, her mom never lived in Milwaukee, worked at a brewery, or had a best friend named Shirley. This blurred line between fantasy and reality set Pammy on a career path to television.
After majoring in Film Production, Pammy prepared for life in Tinsel Town. She made it as far west as New York City, where she got a job at an animation company and started her writing career. Since then, she has written for super-silly, action-packed shows such as Super Wings, Carl's Car Wash, The Bumble Nums, Milo's Monster School Vlog, Sing Along with Tobee, Disney's Stanley, JoJo's Circus, Pinky Dinky Doo, Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, Super Why!, Martha Speaks, and Wallykazam! Pammy also wrote segments and bumpers for PBS Kids Programming Block, promos for The Electric Company and Martha Speaks, and educational/comedy segments for Sesame Street English 1.0's DVD series.
Pammy served as Story Editor then Head Writer on the season 3 of Amazon's Creative Galaxy. Prior to that, she was Head Writer on Sesame Street English 2.0, an English Language Learning program in Asia. She wrote and oversaw the writing/production of animated shorts, articles and stories, monologues, conversations, and interactive lessons that help teach English to kids ages 3-16.
