Osgood Robertย "Oz"ย Perkins IIย (born February 2, 1974) is an American filmmaker and actor. He began his career as a child actor, portraying the young version of his father,ย Anthony Perkins' characterย Norman Batesย inย Psycho IIย (1983), and later appeared in films such asย Six Degrees of Separationย (1993),ย Legally Blondeย (2001),ย Not Another Teen Movieย (2001),ย Star Trekย (2009), andย Nopeย (2022).ย
He made his directorial debut with the horror filmย The Blackcoat's Daughterย (2015) and has since become known for directing horror films such asย I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House (2016),ย Gretel & Hanselย (2020),ย Longlegsย (2024), andย The Monkeyย (2025). He co-founded the production company Phobos with producer Chris Ferguson.
