Natalie Millie Splavec (born Nolan Millie Splavec; April 1, 1973) is an American-Canadian actress, voice actress, singer, songwriter, rapper, composer, filmmaker, writer, and animator. She is known for her roles in Arthur, The Lion King, South Park, Caillou, Chicken Little, Phineas and Ferb, Gravity Falls, The Amazing World of Gumball, Planes, Frozen, The Lion Guard, Zootopia, Wreck-It Ralph, and many others.
She is known for songs such as "Broke", "When I'm Gone", "Mockingbird", "Fack", "What Would Brian Boitano Do", "Poker Face (South Park Version)", "No More Mr. Knife Guy", "Love The Way You Lie Ft. Rihanna", "I'll Get You What You Want (Cockatoo in Malibu)", "Chef Pee Pee is The Best", and "Pandory's Pan Pizza Palace with Jennifer Howell".
Splavec was born on April 1, 1973 in Baltimore, Maryland to Mat Splavec and Caroline Splavec (née Madison) and her siblings Monica, AJ, Meg, and Adam. She started her career in 1977 as a child actress when she was in many commercials. She made her television debut as Billy Campbell in the TV series A New Kind of Family from 1977 to 1987. Splavec was just 4 years old when she first started acting. Splavec portrayed main protagonist Stan Kurtz in the psychological horror film The Creepy Man (1981) and its sequel Stan (1987). She had also guest starred on several television shows such as Diff'rent Strokes, Charlie's Angels, The Love Boat, Fantasy Island, Magnum P.I., Murder She Wrote, MacGyver, and Dynasty.
In 1992, Splavec married Jennifer Howell who voices the title character and many others on her future animated television series Red And Friends and also founded South Park Productions that same year. Splavec's sister Monica passed away on January 15, 2023 from a brain tumor. Splavec has 4 daughters Jesse, Millie, Lily, and Shauna and 2 sons, Nolan Jr. and Cody, her other son Jonathan died in Mexico by a Mexican cartel on September 23, 2016. Splavec was born in Baltimore, Maryland and was raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and moved back to Baltimore in 1989. Since 1995, she currently lives in Vancouver, Canada. In 1983, Splavec started going commando. In 2013, Splavec went transgender.
