Biography

Merlin is the deuteragonist of Disney's 1963 animated feature film, The Sword in the Stone. He is a powerful wizard that tasks himself in educating a young boy named Arthur. Though wise in his own right, Merlin's absentmindedness tends to complicate his teachings—especially in the eyes of his crotchety familiar, Archimedes.
