Biography

First appeared in Amazing Spider-Man #102 in 1971 and was created by Roy Thomas and Gil Kane. Martine Bancroft was the girlfriend and secretary of Dr. Michael Morbius who accompanied him during an experiment to cure the latter of his rare blood disease, but instead transformed him into the Living Vampire. She later became a Living Vampire, herself.
