Fumitaka Fuchigami

Fumitaka Fuchigami (渕上史貴, Fuchigami Fumitaka?) (born August 2, 1973) is a Japanese singer and radio personality from Ogi, a city in Japan's Saga Prefecture. Fumitaka Fuchigami debuted his music career in 1996. As part of an agreement between his publishers Toshiba EMI and Capcom, his first single was featured in the original version of BIO HAZARD and its January 1996 demo. The song, "Yume de owarasenai", the titular song in the single, was used in trailer to advertise the game, and appeared in the character introduction sequence and the game's credits. The other song in the single, "Icy Gaze", also appeared in the introduction sequence. The single itself was released in April of that year, and reached #60 in Japan's Oricon Chart.
