Fixer

First appeared in Strange Tales #141 and was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Norbert Ebersol was a child prodigy who was skilled in working on machines. After being fired from multiple machine-related jobs, he turned to a life of crime and called himself the Fixer. During his partnership with Mentallo, the two attempted to take over S.H.I.E.L.D.'s New York base. He was known as Techno during his time in the Thunderbolts.
