Chlöe Howl

Chlöe Howl is a British singer-songwriter who was shortlisted for the BBC Sound of 2014 and the 2014 BRIT Awards: Critics Choice Award. She signed a deal with Columbia Records at age 16, but left the label before the expected release of her album. She continues to write and release music independently, and is also vocal about activism and advocacy, with much of her music containing political themes.
