Big Bert (Voltes V)

Robert "Big Bert" Armstrong (also known as Daijiro Goh | Japanese: 大事ろ 後 | Hepburn: Daijirō Gō | or simply Big Bert | Japanese ビッグバート | Hepburn: Biggu Bāto) is one of the main protagonists of the anime series Voltes V. He is the second eldest son of Professor Kentaro Goh, who is in truth the disgraced Boazanian prince La Gour. A 17 years old defense tactician and martial artist who was born on November 18, Daijiro is a master of several hand-to-hand fighting styles and used to be a playful child until his father's long absence. He and his siblings would later form the Voltes team to save the world from the invading Boazanians.
