Following the chaotic events of 1868 and the subsequent years, Evie Frye settled into a more scholarly life, often splitting her time between London and India with Henry Green. In 1892, a bitter, decades-long dispute between the Frye twins comes to a head, she finally confronts Jacob about his chaotic, brawling, and often reckless leadership of the British Brotherhood as he lied to her for 20 years back in 1868, Evie had spent years trying to maintain order and the tenets of the Creed, Jacob argues that his brutal methods and the creation of his gang, the Rooks were necessary to liberate the city. Evie dismisses this, accusing him of crippling the Brotherhood and handicapping their cause, shortly after their heated argument, the authorities and Scotland Yard catches up with the legendary brawler. Without the Brotherhood's shadow to protect him, Jacob is arrested for decades of property destruction and unauthorized warfare, facing life imprisonment. Evie recognized that she needed for both security and comfort during quieter moments in London, Evie adopted a large, intelligent Saint Bernard. She affectionately named her "Lady" on 15 June 1895, mirroring her own distinguished title as a Dame of the Order of the Sacred Garter, a subtle nod to her high-society persona. Lady is a "gentle giant" known for her extreme cleverness and affection, mirroring Evie's own thoughtful nature. Lady acts as Evie's morning routine by gently waking her with face-licking to start the day, providing a rare glimpse into the softer side of the meticulous Master Assassin. Lady is a trusted friend to the Rooks and specifically to Clara O’Dea, providing warmth and comfort to the children Clara protects. Lady is highly perceptive of threats, often detecting Blighters or Templars before they can strike. Later that night after dusk, She aided Evie by growling at, barking, or directly mauling assailants to protect her owner, acting in direct tandem with Evie's tactical combat style. Because the Templars like the Blighters had attempt to dismantle or sabotage the Jubilee, only for Lady to stop the Templars to ruin the Jubilee celebrations by a low vibrant growl before they strike as Evie used her new weapon which was gifted by her allies of a new dart called Jubilee Delusion Dart, also known as the Nightmare Dart which was a recipe they made a type of ingredients with drug made of rare, unrefined botanical extracts that manipulate the Templars with central nervous systems, distorting their realities into visceral nightmares such as the drug which forces the brain to perceive ordinary inanimate objects coming to life to attack the victims like the antagonists with supernatural illusions are engineered to exploit the victim's worst fears of intense and delirium drove the targets into a frantic panic, making them kill themselves to "escape" their terrifying evil visions while trying to fight off imaginary demons, which became part of psychological image as Evie blew her hallucinogen dart that struck the enemies like the Templars and their allied Blighters that contains a terrifying, lifelike nightmares to attack their own squads, flee blindly into environmental hazards, or take their own lives out of pure panic after many instance of sights coming to life happens to any antagonists, villains and enemies to become victims of experiences intense that has been caused by poisonous blowgun dart that induce vivid, nightmarish hallucinations to see inanimate objects and surroundings violently come to life, ultimately driving them to their deaths. As the Templars took their own lives while others fled due to nightmarish illusions, it was thanks to their canine hero Lady by the children and the Rooks which gifted Evie with a specialized collar pendant. This pendant contained an etched St. Bernard emblem as Britain entered the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria in the following morning at dawn, and in the years following, Lady stands as a silent, intelligent guardian during the training of Evie's young grand-niece, Lydia Frye. In the winter of 1907 during the Edwardian era, while at the rural Frye estate when the snow fell, Lady peacefully passed away, but her legacy brings the lineage both the Frye family to the Brotherhood as a whole.
