Biography

Adam West, whose real name was William West Anderson, was an American actor who played Batman in the 1960s ABC series and 1966 film. He also voiced the mayor of Quahog on Family Guy. West died on June 9, 2017 at the age of 88. In 2012, he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for holding the Guinness world record for the most screen appearances as Batman.
