The show follows the events of The Rogue as Lord President of Gallifrey, and is more along the lines of a political drama. The main threat this series are between the Bannermen and the Chimerons, with the Time Lords being caught in the middle, as well as a strange prophecy involving an Earthling named Will Adams. The show is six 60 minute episodes.
