Compared to the predominantly comedic approach of the 1984 G1 cartoon (at least in the first two seasons), this series more closely matches the serious tone of the Prime series and the Bayverse, with a greater emphasis on action and themes of familial bonds. The series adapts a large scope of story arcs for the characters, with their adventures combining elements of both fantasy and science fiction. hisakoshintani18 For this TV show proposal, I've taken inspiration mostly from 2000's shows like "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003)" and "X-Men: Evolution. These shows are so good, I'm not gonna lie.

hisakoshintani18 And, as you can see, there is an original human character named Maria Winchell. She would know the Autobots before the events of the series, staying with them. Sunstreaker and Sideswipe would see Maria as the little sister they never had.

hisakoshintani18 I originally was considering Kirby Morrow (the one who portrayed Cyclops in X-Men: Evolution) to be part of this cast, portraying Ratchet or any other character in this series proposal. But... We all know that back in 2020, he sadly passed away.
