Synopsis

When he gets hit by a loose rock that Devious Diesel  is carrying back and returning from the quarry, Peter Sam springs a leak and has to stop at every water tower. Will the coaches be able to keep to the timetable? Or will he run out of steam forever? And will he accept help from Thomas Or Skarloey? Or Maybe Both At Once?
