Some things better stay underground
In Greece, in a remote corner where once was one of the most radiant cities of ancient times, a group of foreign researchers made an important discovery, after digging the ground. In unexplored underground for millennia, there is a gigantic labyrinth which could well be the one built by Daedalus. Fearing that the authorities will send them off to take credit for the discovery, the group decides to venture into the darkened maze. However, what they will find there is a being, certainly legendary, but who's starving after millennia of hibernation !
