But when the Keystone Police finally declares Hunter Zoloman dead after being missing for Two Years. With guilt weighing on Wally for what happened to his friend. And so despite his life finally going well, A new job at Star Labs, a girlfriend named Linda Park who works as a researcher at Star Labs, even some new friends. Wally decides to go back in time and stop Hunter from ever becoming the Evil Zoom, which in turn stops him from ever becoming the Flash, this causes ripple effects that effect the way the future turns out. With these changes altering the course of history, past and present forever.
