Iris' brother Wally, who's a big fan of the Flash, comes back to Central City and starts to hang out with Barry, when he learns that he's the Flash. When Barry tells him how he got his powers, Wally decides to replicate the experiment, which he does, successfully. Now, he also has the powers of the Flash. Meanwhile, Grodd, a gorilla with psionic powers, a failed experiment of S.T.A.R Labs, has escaped and is now on his way to Gorilla City, where he expects to gather an army and attack Central City, then all of humankind, so he can be the sole ruler. Barry then has to gather the other super-heroes in the region and travel to Gorilla City to stop Grodd's plan.
