Peter is strugle in his life due to Spider-man responsabilities. Meanwhile in oscorp Adrian Toomes got fired due to his Vulture suit not working. In the similar time Max Dillon accident happens and he becomes Electro. Andrien Toomes becomes the Vulture and he teams up with Electro to get revenge on Norman. So Electro distract Spider-man and Vulture kindnaps Norman. Spider-man deafets Electro but he couldn't stop Vulture. In the final fight Peter deafets Vulture but George Stacy dies and Norman went into a coma. George's last words are the same as in the TASM 1 and he wants him stay as away from Gwen as possible. But Peter dosen't want this and becuase of this... he stops being Spider-man. And in the final scene we got a little teaes of Harry becoming Green Goblin.
