Synopsis

The High Republic: Light of the Jedi is an American epic sci-fi space opera film based on Charles Soule's 2021 adult novel. The story takes place two millennia before Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace, and it centers on Jedi Master Avar Kriss and other Jedi as the Jedi Order deals with a new menace called the Nihil.

Description of Finial Bright:

During the High Republic Era, Finial Bright was a male Nautolan who served as a captain in the Republic Defense Coalition. He was the captain of the Longbeam cruiser Aurora IX. Bright gave his life to keep Solar Array 22-X from exploding, giving Petty Officer Innamin and Ensign Peeples enough time to escort the surviving crew members onto the Aurora IX.
