Taking place after the events of series, the Tarōs and Kohana go out of the DenLiner for a day to visit Ryotaro and Airi. However, they see the mysterious Ghost Train that has been mentioned in urban legends as Momotaros and gang are then attacked by two evil Imagin and Kamen Rider Yuuki Skull Form. When Yuuto as Kamen Rider Zeronos and his partner Deneb got attacked after trying save them, that is when Ryotaro's future grandson Kotaro came in as Kamen Rider New Den-o to save them with his partner Teddy who always fights alongside him. Kotaro and Teddy soon join Kohanna, Sieg, Deneb and the Tarōs to a long journey to samurai world to find a way to rescue Ryotaro from being possed by the Ghost Imagin as Kamen Rider Yuuki anylonger.
