Following the events of RoboCop 3 and Terminator 2, John Connor has discovered that the origin of Skynet going rogue can be traced back to a collaboration between Cyberdine and OCP to create the ultimate law enforcement robot. So, Resistance soldier Flo Langer is sent to the past to stop it, accompanied by Kyle Reese and the rogue T-800 now nicknamed "Arnie" by his comrades.
