  • aprillewis I believe they should remake a series. I wouldn't mind a movie but I would prefer them to go into detail with Mr Darcy and Mr bingley. The 2005 movie placed Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Bennett which was perfect in my opinion and id like them to stick to that setting, but I would also like to see younger actors in a series like Tom Holland as bingley and Phoebe dynevor as Jane. but i think it would be difficult to go from using 30 to 40 year actors with experience and knowledge to young adults especially when looking to place a perfect Darcy and Elizabeth. Mr Darcy has to be tall and arrogant, with a confidence and tone that will have the audience in awe. And Elizabeth should be less flawlessly gorgeous like Jane should be and more natural I just went on a 20 mile hike but still look pretty being dirty & sweaty beauty. There are decent young females actors out there that could be a good fit for Elizabeth who can stand up to her intelligent, and fast wit, but it's the directors and producers that will likely end up ruining the next installment or remake by placing bad actors to portray Elizabeth and Darcy. If they actually listen to input. Don't make them teenagers, and stick to the book I mean it's not famous for nothing.
