In the aftermath of Avengers: Doomsday, Peter Parker and MJ try to adjust to college life, but strange symbiote-related disturbances signal the return of Knull, the ancient god of the symbiotes. Eddie Brock (Venom) senses Knull's presence and warns Peter, while Eddie’s son Dylan begins discovering his own symbiote powers. As Knull’s influence spreads, he corrupts Scorpion and recruits Mr. Negative, plunging New York into chaos. Peter, Eddie, and Dylan join forces, seeking help from Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) to stop Knull’s dark heralds and prevent the god’s full return. In a climactic battle, Spider-Man, Venom, Scarlet Witch, and Dylan confront Knull’s forces across New York. Scorpion, empowered by Knull’s corruption, becomes their greatest challenge, while Mr. Negative amplifies the city's destruction.
