Synopsis

In February 1945, Vito Scaletta returns home on leave to Empire Bay, reuniting with his childhood friend and accomplice Joe Barbaro, who has joined the Clemente crime family in Vito's absence. Joe supplies Vito with counterfeit discharge papers and introduces him to some of his contacts for work.
