Hulk is now seen as a kinda hero to the world Banner walks the street like a normal person, but like a celebrity. On a military base Thunderbolt Ross turns himself into The Red Hulk. Thunderbolt then starts commenting crimes as The Red Hulk people believe that Bruce had done these things. Hulk is now on the run and eventually with the help of Betty Ross finds out Thunderbolt is The Red Hulk. Hulk and Red Hulk have a fight with Hulk getting anger and anger before it ends with Hulk knocking out Thunderbolt. The city destroyed.
