Synopsis

Clint Barton and S.H.I.E.L.D have been dealing with the Government and the Superhumans Registration Act and they should hold heroes accountable for any damage. But they are focusing on it because they ruin New York. But in background the Government has hired Cross as a master subversive, brainwasher and entrepreneur. He was highly trained by the CIA in unarmed combat and is an excellent marksman
