In Batman: Hush, a mysterious bandaged figure named Hush orchestrates a devastating conspiracy against Batman, manipulating allies and enemies alike. After a near-fatal fall, Bruce Wayne is saved by childhood friend Dr. Thomas Elliot, while a romance with Catwoman deepens. As Killer Croc, Poison Ivy, Superman, the Joker, and others are turned against him, Batman unravels a plot tied to his past. The trail leads to Elliot, revealed as Hush, but the true mastermind is the Riddler, who knows Bruce's secret. Betrayed and heartbroken, Batman loses Catwoman's trust, ending their relationship as the Dark Knight stands alone, more isolated than ever.
