The story of FlameTale revolves around a young anthro fox girl named Vixie. She is a smart and cunning fox who yearns for adventure. One day, she meets an anthro wolf man named Hunter. He is a member of The Resistance against Lord Tarkamane, the warlord dictator who rules half the lands. Vix, being her adventurous self, decides to go with Hunter, and train to fight Tarkamane.
