Witch Hat Atelier is an Eisner Award winning manga by Kamome Shirahama which, quite frankly, is what you would get if you mixed Ursula K. Le Guin's humane touch on subjects (in WHA's case, ableism, accommodations in society, and the act of teaching and learning, among other subjects) with a sense of whimsy, magic, and wonder of a Studio Ghibli cartoon.
