Tony Parenzo is the young manager of an illegal drug market that is already spreading almost all over the world, even reaching the United States. To manage his affairs, Tony goes most of the time to a shelter under the bridges of Catania, where he and his friends organize to take drugs, organize them into sections and put them in trucks that will take her where Parenzo orders them to take them. To ensure that Parenzo no longer has to make trouble with drugs, the commissioner of the Roman police Giordano Paletta goes to Sicily with the intent of catching him, being helped by none other than the FBI, with which the Catania police had already had some contact in the past.
