Four kids find an old version of Candyland in their house. The group has 2 siblings a brother and sister who hardly ever see eye to eye, and the others are their two friends all of whom have notable flaws to them as well. They decide to play one day before they suddenly find themselves whisked away to a strange world full of sweets. It is there they learn they must find the king and his castle in order to find a way back home. Along the way they make some friends and over come their issues while they evade the wrath of the kooky Lord Licorice.

thebatman7424 This would probably be the kind of movie where the characters in Candyland are played by the actors for the adults in the real world. How young would you go with the kids?

filmdreamer @thebatman7424 Well most of them around 12 but I imagine one of them is older making him/her the eldest. I never did consider the possibility of the characters of Candyland being played by actors for adults in the real world.
