Synopsis

A hero in retirement...A partner without peer...A monster or a man...A villain whose weapon is fear. There's nothing to fear but fear itself. Batman: DarKnight is the super-hero thriller that follows the Dark Knight Detective and his former ward as they confront their fears to unravel the diabolical plans of their phobia foe, the Scarecrow, and the unintended consequence of his revenge, Man-Bat, before they plunge Gotham into a nightmare from which it may not awake.

    • michaelcosby   @pumpkinchowcorg I've looked and looked for names of potential/rumored replacements for Schumacher but I never found any. I know this project was pitched with him not attached, so I chose Andrew Davis because he was directing the Batman OnStar commercials between 2000 and 2002. Plus, he's got some good/big films to his resume. At the same time, the script always read to me like it was tailor made for Burton to return.
