Synopsis

The masked vigilante Batman has been active for two years while his alter ego, Bruce Wayne, remains a recluse in Wayne Manor. Now, with Halloween approaching, the fight against crime continues as Carmine Falcone and his family continue their business in a constant war against the Penguin. Drug trafficking runs rampant in Gotham City, but a new drug appears on the city's streets, a powerful hallucinogen, along with the mysterious killer and terrorist Scarecrow.

He is Bruce's father figure and worries about his nighttime escapades, putting them at odds several times, but he is Bruce's most trustworthy and loyal person. He taught Bruce various criminology tactics over the years
