Reed Richards and Susan Storm, two of the Avengers' oldest friends bring their child Melissa Richards and King T'Challa of Wakanda introduces them to the boy prince, T'Chara. At the funeral, Modi is still broken and enraged while the rest of the Next Generation grieves, he refuses to go. After the somber funeral, The Avengers prepare to split up and hide the Infinity Stones across the universe, where no one should ever be able to find them again. As the Avengers leave, an alert goes off at The Raft! Kranus' cell has opened! Fearing he has escaped, the Next Generation arrive at the Raft to find Modi snapping the neck of the son of Thanos, claiming he had avenged his love, Hannah.
