What will happen if: Doctor Who had survived cancellation in 1989? How this could've changed the show if this never happen.

16th Doctor (2020-2023)
The Sixteenth Doctor came into life, after the Fifteenth regenerated in the TARDIS. (DW: Her Final Stand) Soon after, the Doctor managed to cause the TARDIS to crash land in Alba on the 27th July, 1054, and soon he became involved in the English invasion of Scotland and the Battle of Dusinane. During this, the Doctor was taken prisoner by the English army and befriended Chrissie Finch, the Scottish wife of an innkeeper who was also a prisoner.

The 15th Doctor (2017-2020)
Doktorn The Fifteenth Doctor was the second incarnation in the Doctor's new regeneration cycle,

Fourteenth Doctor (2014-2017)
The Master has won, the world is hers. The Doctor is a prisoner, and the Master is about to start her war against the universe. Only Ashley & Richard can save the day, but they can't do it alone.

Twelfth Doctor (2006-2009)
The Doctor took Sally to 1599 London to meet William Shakespeare. Learning the lost play, Love's Labour's Won, was to be performed, the Doctor decided to investigate why it vanished. He discovered the Carrionites had the Globe Theatre constructed to their design in order to use a hidden incantation in the script to free the rest of their kind from the Deep Darkness. Despite succeeding, their incantation was reversed by one improvised by Shakespeare, trapping them and all copies of the play in the Darkness. As it risked freeing them, the Doctor advised Shakespeare not to rewrite the play. While bidding Shakespeare goodbye, Queen Elizabeth I arrived and ordered her men to kill the Doctor, declaring him her sworn enemy, much to Sally's confusion and the Doctor's amusement.

Eleventh Doctor (2003-2006)
Now cut off from the Time Lord race, the Doctor found himself feeling alone and bereaved. Emotionally haunted by the war, he entered a darker period of his life spattered by resentment, where he tended to brood and act rudely to those who rubbed him the wrong way. Despite this, he remained jovial and friendly towards anyone he took a liking to, slowly reasserting himself as a person of good again.

Tenth Doctor (2001-2003)
This incarnation of the Doctor initially travelled with Jean Robinson. The two had many adventures however the Doctor soon lost Jean as a consequence of the Eternity War after she was turned into a Varga, which caused him to become a more colder character,

War Doctor/9th Doctor (2000-2003)
The War Doctor, not so named within the episodes in which he appears, is introduced as the incarnation of the Doctor who fought in the Time War of the show's modern-day backstory. He was created as a result of a conscious decision of the Eighth Doctor, played by Paul McGann, to take up arms and become a warrior;

Seventeen Doctor (2021-2024)
the Doctor managed to cause the TARDIS to crash land in Alba on the 27th July, 1054, and soon he became involved in the English invasion of Scotland and the Battle of Dusinane.

Sixteenth Doctor (2019-2021)
The Doctor, after his first adventure, began travelling with Chrissie Finch and later in his life was reunited with Bertie Reynolds, who joined him and Chrissie on their travels.

The 15th Doctor was renewed with a sense of optimism and adventure, after choosing to leave Gallifrey and explore the universe again.

The 14th Doctor (2013-2016)
Emerging from loosing hue and being forced into the role of Lord President, the 14th Doctor spent much of his life grieving over the loss of Kelsey . He initially struggled with the idea that he was now Lord President and that kelsey was now dead and he would react strongly if pushed on the matter.

Thirteenth Doctor (2009-2013)
The Thirteenth Doctor was the final incarnation in the Doctor's regeneration cycle. He was stern, ruthless, but also kind and forgiving,

Twelfth Doctor (2006-2009)
The Doctor and Sally landed inside Sanctuary Base 6 on Krop Tor, a planet that was in perpetual orbit around the black hole K37 Gem 5, and lost the TARDIS following an earthquake. The crew of Sanctuary Base 6, having come to Krop Tor to discover the source of power emanating from the planet's core which allowed the planet to orbit the black hole, refused to divert their drill to collect the TARDIS. The Beast began terrorising the explorers and possessing their servants, the Ood. The Doctor and the science officer of Sanctuary Base 6, Ida Scott, descended into the core of the planet and discovered a pit which had started opening.

Eleventh Doctor (2004-2006)
Emerging from the Eternity War as whom he believed was its sole survivor, the Eleventh Doctor spent much of his life grieving over the immense suffering he had witnessed and the destruction he had caused with his actions. He struggled with the idea that he was the last of the Time Lords, having left the conflict with the excruciating knowledge of his hand in its apparent grisly conclusion and he would react strongly if pushed on the matter.

Tenth Doctor (2001-2003)
The Tenth Doctor was outgoing and genial. At first, he acted like his fifth incarnation and had somewhat of a subdued and reserved demeanour. After travelling for a few adventures with Lou Madison, he began to behave more energetic and lively while still keeping his core traits. This would remain the case by the time he met Sandra Armstrong and through much of his life.
