Fifteenth Doctor(2016-2020)
Soon after, the Doctor was transferred to UNIT Headquarters, remaining under the care of medical professionals. By the time night fell, the Doctor began to hear an ever-present whisper of her name, continually, as she regained consciousness. Following the voice, she was lead to a cell holding Omega. Omega offers to help the Doctor by giving her back time travel

Fourteenth Doctor (2014-2016)
The Fourteenth Doctor lost many human mannerisms of his previous incarnations. Talking with humans, he was very hard-hitting and openly complained about their behaviour. Actually, he often criticised humanity as a whole (DW: Jubilee) and was showing much more indulgence to the alien species

Aware that he was on his last life, the Doctor became a less amiable character with a withdrawn attitude. He often dispensed with niceties in a tense situation, becoming cold and calculating when needed. However despite his ruthless exterior, the Doctor was actually deeply caring and empathetic, always striving to help others for the sake of being kind.

The Doctor and Sally landed inside Sanctuary Base 6 on Krop Tor, a planet that was in perpetual orbit around the black hole K37 Gem 5, and lost the TARDIS following an earthquake. The crew of Sanctuary Base 6, having come to Krop Tor to discover the source of power emanating from the planet's core which allowed the planet to orbit the black hole, refused to divert their drill to collect the TARDIS. The Beast began terrorising the explorers and possessing their servants, the Ood. The Doctor and the science officer of Sanctuary Base 6, Ida Scott, descended into the core of the planet and discovered a pit which had started opening.

Now cut off from the Time Lord race, the Doctor found himself feeling alone and bereaved. Emotionally haunted by the war, he entered a darker period of his life spattered by resentment, where he tended to brood and act rudely to those who rubbed him the wrong way. Despite this, he remained jovial and friendly towards anyone he took a liking to, slowly reasserting himself as a person of good again.
