John carpenter Logan (1995)

Her third incarnation wreaked her vengeance on both the Doctor and the Cybermen, blaming the two of them for her experience, quite rightly. She became far more sadistic, and attempted to kill the Doctor so his body could be used in her experiments multiple times.

Cruel, cold and at times almost completely psychotic, they were nonetheless possessing of a naturally suave, charming manner, a tool they used to their benefit. Their goals, which included universal dominion, and the unnatural prolonging of their own life, often brought them up against their longtime enemy and one-time friend, the fellow Time Lord known as The Doctor.
