Mafia II (1995)
In 1943, Sicilian immigrant Vito Scaletta is arrested during a robbery and opts to join the United States Army to avoid prison time, being enlisted in the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment as a jeep driver. Vito first experiences the power of the Mafia when an operation in Sicily goes awry, and Don Calò arrives, ordering the Italian soldiers to stand down.

In 1930, during the Great Depression, impoverished taxi driver Thomas "Tommy" Angelo is strong-armed by two members of the Salieri crime family—Paulie Lombardo and Sam Trapani—into helping them escape an ambush by the rival Morello family. Tommy is compensated for his help and offered a position in Don Salieri's organization, which he initially refuses, but is forced to accept after being attacked by two Morello gangsters who trash his cab in an act of revenge. After exacting retribution upon his attackers, Tommy begins to assist with running Salieri's rackets across Lost Heaven, overseen by his consigliere Frank Colletti. He befriends Paulie and Sam during the jobs they perform together while earning Salieri's respect for thwarting Don Morello's attempts to take over his businesses.

Doctor Who Sixteenth Doctor (2023-)
The Sixteenth Doctor came into life, after the Fifteenth regenerated in the TARDIS. (DW: Her Final Stand) Soon after, the Doctor managed to cause the TARDIS to crash land in Alba on the 27th July, 1054, and soon he became involved in the English invasion of Scotland and the Battle of Dusinane. During this, the Doctor was taken prisoner by the English army and befriended Chrissie Finch, the Scottish wife of an innkeeper who was also a prisoner.

Doctor Who the Fifteenth Doctor era (2018-22)
Regenerating and landing in Brighton, the Doctor soon surrounded himself with multiple companions, those being Jake Scott, Simon Aarons, Emra and Will Cadwell, although this team was quickly disrupted with Will's revelation of him being the Master and destroying the TARDIS interior, forcing a landing in 1600s Wales as it healed and facing another Time Lord, the Monk. The Doctor and his three companions were initially happy travellers together, but this ended when Simon was converted into a Cyberman by the Master.

Doctor Who Fourteenth Doctor (2014-17)
Arriving in 41st century London following her regeneration, the Doctor quickly met detective Elias Danielsen before taking him on as a companion after battling the Sinnermen and travelling to Jaromso, where the duo met Krillitane fugitive Fleur who also joined the TARDIS. Despite her manipulative scheming nature, the Doctor developed a close bond with her companions, delving into Elias' future with visits to London during invasions from both Silvertax and Daleks and Fleur's past, exploring the reasonings behind her betrayal of her people.

Aware that he was on his last life, the Doctor became a less amiable character with a withdrawn attitude. He often dispensed with niceties in a tense situation, becoming cold and calculating when needed. However despite his ruthless exterior, the Doctor was actually deeply caring and empathetic, always striving to help others for the sake of being kind.

Doctor Who Twelfth Doctor (2007-10)
When nothing emerged from the pit, the Doctor speculated the prison was open but not the cell and decided they should withdraw. However the transport tube back to the surface was rendered unusable by the Ood cutting the cable, so the Doctor decided to use the cable to descend into the pit. Inside, he came face-to-face with the Beast and tried conversing, though its consciousness had already escaped to the expedition's archaeologist, Toby Zed. Realising the Beast's jailers thought of the Beast's escape, the Doctor shattered the jar keeping the planet orbiting the black hole, believing Sally would find a way to survive. At the same time, Toby was ejected from the Sanctuary Base 6 rocket by Sally. Though willing to "go along for the ride", the Doctor discovered his TARDIS by accident; he saved Ida, but didn't have enough time to rescue any of the Ood. Towing the rocket safely away from the black hole, the Doctor "swapped passengers" and resumed his travels with Sally.

Doctor Who:Eleventh Doctor (2004-2006)
Emerging from the Eternity War as whom he believed was its sole survivor, the Eleventh Doctor spent much of his life grieving over the immense suffering he had witnessed and the destruction he had caused with his actions. He struggled with the idea that he was the last of the Time Lords, having left the conflict with the excruciating knowledge of his hand in its apparent grisly conclusion and he would react strongly if pushed on the matter.

Starting out as an optimist and a somewhat romantic, the Tenth Doctor was originally a cheerful and pacifistic adventurer in spite of a universe that grew ever increasingly hostile around him.

Doctor Who: The Ninth Doctor (1996-1999)
This incarnation of the Doctor initially travelled with Bernice Summerfield & Chris Hector though after many travels, Bernice retired from travelling & Chris got lost in the Time Vortex. He then proceeded to travel with Abigail Norwood, a detective from the far future. Abigail eventually left the Doctor in order to take on the identity of Catheril.

Doctor Who: Eighth Doctor era (1991-1995)
The Doctor initially traveled with his predecessor's final traveling companion, Katie Tollinger and Henrick. However Katie was soon killed in the the Interstitial Mass Transit System. The Doctor and Henrick were joined in their travels by Professor Bernice Summerfield, an archaeologist from the 26th Century. The trio had many adventures, during which They witnessed the end of the Dalek Civil war. The Doctor was reunited with his Grandaughter Susan on 22nd Century Earth where he met his Grandson Alex Campbell. The Doctor soon encountered Gregori for the first time and finally fulfilled his destiny to become Merlin.

After nearly five-thousand years of imprisonment, Black Adam (Dwayne Johnson), an antihero from the ancient city of Kahndaq, is unleashed into modern times. His brute tactics and way of justice attract the attention of the Justice Society of America (JSA), who try to stop his rampage, teach him how to be a hero more than a villain, and must team up to stop a force more powerful than Adam himself.

Lex Luthor Dc (2024)
Deciding to retire permanently, Luthor returns to Lexor and learns he has fathered a son by Ardora, Lex Luthor Jr. He spends the next several weeks with his new family before discovering Lexor suffers from the same planetary instability that destroyed Krypton. While creating a "Neutrarod" tower to stabilize the planetary core, Luthor's pathological hatred for Superman resurfaces and he reflects on feeling unsatisfied in life without their conflict. The villain then unearths an ancient underground laboratory of great technology, a relic from Lexor's lost age. After one of Luthor's still-active satellites threatens the people of Earth, he concludes Superman will soon come to Lexor to take him back to Earth authorities. With the underground lab's resources, he spends weeks creating a highly destructive, flight-capable "war-suit" (later simply called a "warsuit") to finally match the Kryptonian in physical combat and counter his powers. To test the suit, Luthor performs several acts of destruction on Lexor, feigning ignorance when he hears about the "mystery marauder" and telling Ardora he has no knowledge of the armored man.

DC’s Lex Luthor (2025)
Exposure to one of Luthor's inventions later grants Lena ESP, making her an empath. Lena Thorul marries FBI agent Jeff Colby[103] (who had once arrested Lex) and they have a son, Val Colby.[104] Jeff Colby dies some time later.[105] After Lena has brain surgery, the decision is made to reveal the truth about Luthor to her. Luthor then discovers he was an unwitting party to a conspiracy against Lena masterminded by his own cellmate "Sam", who wanted revenge against Colby. Deeply remorseful about this, he apologizes to Lena and the two attempt to make amends with each other.
