The Doctor

He has been considered the universe's "greatest defender", having saved the cosmos countless times throughout a long life, becoming a great legend across the whole universe.

Doctor Who 27B
What if Doctor Who hadn't been cancelled in 1989? This is a question several people have attempted, and I think I should give it a shot.

Residents of Gallifrey
Political drama, based on the planet and spinoff show of Doctor Who.

Maxil
Promoted to Castellan, Maxil regularly trained Castellan Wynter. (AUDIO: Lies) Inquisitor Prime Darkel contacted him to escort her into the Vaults so that she could speak with her advisor (AUDIO: Imperiatrix) and, during the Gallifreyan Civil War, he sided with Pandora over Romana. Afterwards, he was demoted to Commander. (AUDIO: Appropriation)

Return of The Monk
The doctor must face the Meddling Monk and Omega before they crack a hole in time and space.

Kolchak: The Night Stalker (1996)
The main character originated in an unpublished novel, The Kolchak Papers, written by Jeff Rice. In it, a Las Vegas newspaper reporter named Carl Kolchak tracks down and defeats a serial killer who turns out to be a vampire named Janos Skorzeny. The novel reveals that his birth name is "Karel", although he uses the anglicized version "Carl".

Omega
Omega was one of the most significant figures in Gallifreyan history. He appeared in the ROO texts, as later scholars on Gallifrey would call them, alongside Rassilon and the Other.

Drax
Drax had already escaped from Gallifrey when the Doctor was expelled from the Time Lord Academy. (PROSE: Divided Loyalties) Unlike other renegades like his contemporaries, the Master and the Rani, Drax purchased his TARDIS instead of stealing one. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Armageddon Factor)

The RANI
Ushas, better known as the Rani and known more formally as Ushas of Miasimia Goria, or, in other accounts, as simply Rani, was a renegade Time Lady and member of the Deca. A brilliant but cold neurochemist, she knew the Doctor and the Master when all three were young and became an enemy of the former and an unwilling ally of the latter.

The Monk
The Monk was amoral and enjoyed meddling actively with history to his own selfish ends. He was also incredibly careless when it came to time travel. Unlike other Time Lords, the Monk didn't seem to care about the potential damage to fixed points or to the Web of Time. He also showed the habit of leaving behind anachronisms like a quartz wristwatch and an atomic cannon on a cliff where anyone could find it
