Baron Helmut Zemo summoned several of his former allies from the prior incarnations of the Masters of Evil during a rescue attempt of Goliath (the former bodyguard to Baron Heinrich Zemo). The summoned members included Beetle, Fixer, Moonstone and Screaming Mimi. Zemo took the accidental gathering as an omen, and decided to reform the Masters of Evil and attack the Avengers.[42] Before they could strike, the Avengers, and the Fantastic Four were apparently killed by the villain Onslaught.[43]

Abner Krill, also known as Polka-Dot Man, is a criminal who can grow multi-colored polka-dots from his body and can turn them into weapons. He is also a member of the second Task Force X strike team sent to Corto Maltese.[2]

DC’s Rick Flag
Rick Flag was born in Washington, D.C.[2] and was known to have graduated from the prestigious West Point. He proceeded to serve an unknown number of tours in the United States Military, before getting assigned to ARGUS, under the jurisdiction of Amanda Waller. She promptly sent Rick on a mission to subdue the Enchantress that possessed June Moone. Rick and June quickly got close, becoming lovers. He also ran into the formidable samurai warrior Katana, and managed to convince her to become his personal bodyguard.[

DC’s Captain Boomerang
George "Digger" Harkness is a notorious criminal from Australia and a member of Task Force X. Harkness was raised in poverty in Korumburra, the illegitimate child of Betty Harkness and W. W. Wiggins. Harkness learned early how to develop boomerangs into weapons. Having moved to the US, Harkness undertook a string of jewelry heists in Central City which brought him to the attention of Flash, who eventually apprehended him.

DC’s king Shark
Nanaue, also known as King Shark, is a metahuman criminal whose father is believed to be the so-called Shark God. Most people dismiss him as merely a savage mutation, despite him being very sweet, friendly, and endearing. He became part of the second Task Force X strike team on the Corto Maltese mission.

DC’s Bloodsport
Robert DuBois, codenamed Bloodsport, is a contract killer who was hired to kill Superman with a Kryptonite bullet, a mission he was unsuccessful in. He was incarcerated in Belle Reve after failing to kill Superman and became a member of the second Task Force X strike team sent to Corto Maltese.

DC’s Savant
Brian Durlin, also known as Savant, is a self-styled vigilante, a computer hacker who uses most of his skills to blackmail people, and a member of the first of the two Task Force X strike teams for the deadly Corto Maltese mission

Dc’s The Thinker
The Thinker was a member of the Injustice Society, leading an army of prison escapees like the other members.[4] In Plateau City, the police nab a shabbily dressed man who is trying to shoot the governor. They discover that this man is a dead ringer for the governor and also claims to be the real governor. The Flash arrives on the scene to overhear this, but moves on to confront the hoodlums attacking the city. The Thinker appears on the scene, firing a ray at the Crimson Comet, causing him to gain weight and crash through a roof. Recovering, the Flash speeds over to the governor's mansion, only to overhear the governor ordering all police forces to surrender.
