The Doctor and Commander Sandra Armstrong are brought to Gallifrey by the Keeper who requests their help in repairing the Time Distortions which threaten the entire web of time, caused by Rassilon. The Doctor summons his previous incarnations to help repair the time distortions.

Doctor Who Tenth Doctor adventures (2000-2005)
This incarnation of the Doctor initially travelled with Jean Robinson. The two had many adventures however the Doctor soon lost Jean as a consequence of the Eternity War after she was turned into a Varga, which caused him to become a more colder character,

Doctor Who Ninth Doctor adventures (1996-2000)
This incarnation of the Doctor initially travelled with Bernice Summerfield & Chris Hector though after many travels, Bernice retired from travelling & Chris got lost in the Time Vortex. He then proceeded to travel with Abigail Norwood, a detective from the far future. Abigail eventually left the Doctor in order to take on the identity of Catheril.

Doctor Who:Eighth Doctor (1991- 1995)
This incarnation of the Doctor initially travelled with Raine Cunningham. However their friendship broke down after much time travelling together & so she left. The Doctor was then joined by Professor Bernice Summerfield, an archaeologist from the 26th Century, & Sargent Chris Hector, a UNIT soldier who he worked with when hunting down a group of Zygons.

The Doctor found that Raine was disgusted with him for sacrificing Jan and refusing to return to the TARDIS. Angry at himself, the Doctor forces Raine back on board against her will, with Bernice accidentally finding herself onboard the TARDIS. He takes off and sets the co-ordinates for Raine's home. Then all of a sudden, the TARDIS is thrown off course and into a parallel universe

It was only later that the Doctor learned that Katie had died, after the tunnel they were in collapsed, sucking her out into the vacuum of space.

The Sinister Six (‘90s)
After suffering two defeats from Spider-Man,[2] Doctor Octopus is separated from his tentacle pack. After his tentacle pack breaks free and helps Doctor Octopus get out of prison, he contacts every known supervillain who had crossed paths with Spider-Man. Only Electro, Kraven the Hunter, the original Mysterio, the Sandman, and the original Vulture respond. As none of the members are willing to relinquish the honor of killing Spider-Man themselves, they decide to challenge Spider-Man individually with the order in which they face him determined by a random drawing.[3] The Sinister Six kidnap Aunt May and Daily Bugle secretary Betty Brant, holding them hostage in order to force Spider-Man to confront them. Spider-Man defeats the Sinister Six members one-by-one, mocking their decision to battle him individually instead of as a team in front of Doctor Octopus, the last one to be defeated.
