Doctor Who Season 44 (2007)

The Doctor and Sally landed inside Sanctuary Base 6 on Krop Tor, a planet that was in perpetual orbit around the black hole K37 Gem 5, and lost the TARDIS following an earthquake. The crew of Sanctuary Base 6, having come to Krop Tor to discover the source of power emanating from the planet's core which allowed the planet to orbit the black hole, refused to divert their drill to collect the TARDIS. The Beast began terrorising the explorers and possessing their servants, the Ood. The Doctor and the science officer of Sanctuary Base 6, Ida Scott, descended into the core of the planet and discovered a pit which had started opening.

Doctor Who Season 36 (1999)

Time is running out. The Web of Time has cracked & the universe is dying. The Doctor & Jean are summoned to Gallifrey by the Lady President Romana, where they theorise on how to save both the universe & Jean. They discover that the only way to save both is to use a machine created by the founding fathers of Gallifrey which is trapped in another universe.

The TARDIS picks up a distress signal from a small moon. There the Doctor finds a man who he finds to be Harkinson, the Prince of the Galaxies.

Doctor Who Season 34 (1997)

The TARDIS arrives on Bravos, and the Doctor & Abigail finds the planet to have been invaded by the Sontarans. The inhabitants are forced into hiding, while the Sontarans prepare for their war against the Rutants. Abigail wants to help the people, but the Doctor stops her, as he is forbidden to interfere with this war. But Abigail refuses and abandons the Doctor to join the resistance.
