A group of young adults find themselves in a difficult position when their plane suddenly crashes onto an unknown island. When the plane crashes natives kidnap the flight attendant and run off. They now have to figure out how to get out of this island alive and well. As they get to know the island better they find a disgusting truth about what the natives are.
